Bring On Fall Racing!

For runners, fall is synonymous with marathon season. Internationally, we have the BMW Berlin Marathon kicking off this racing season and, in the Midwest, we have The Quad Cities Marathon to lead the charge into fall. With cooler mornings and plenty of hot summer miles in the legs, now is primetime to knock out the PR you’ve been waiting to shatter. Boston is calling!

Marathon! -Quad Cities
FlashFrame is excited to be on hand in the Quad Cities to kick off our own fall marathon photo schedule. What better way to see the Quad Cities than covering two states, three cities and the full 26.2 on foot? Be sure to look for our photographers in orange and white along the course and smile while we capture some great memories!
Before all the excitement of the big race on Saturday, all are invited to meet and run with local Olympian Aisha Praught of Moline, IL. Aisha just returned from the Olympic Games in Rio where she represented Jamaica in the final of the 3000m Steeplechase. The All-American from Illinois State University will lead a shakeout run from the Expo at the iWireless Center at 8:30am Saturday. Join in the fun for a once in a lifetime opportunity to run with a local Olympian!

Palatine Invitational- Meet of Champions
This Saturday morning, some of the top high school runners in the state of Illinois, and some best teams from Missouri, Kentucky and Tennessee, will toe the line for the prestigious Palatine Invitational Meet of Champs. FlashFrame is excited to bring our photo sharing platform to Illinois Cross Country, so be sure to check us out for some shots of your new 3 Mile PR!

Whitney Young Ziomek Invitational
Get down to Washington Park to see some great Chicago schools battle for some early season bragging rights in the battle for the best team in the 312. We saw plenty of these teams face off at the Lane Tech Larry Gnapp Invite, so except to see some heated battles down the homestretch between some rival schools!

All of our photos from this weekend will be up on FlashFrame.io, so be sure to stop in and check out your PR pose, homestretch scowl or your, always glamorous, down-step face!
